I have to say this was the worst experience I have had using another business for embroidery work. I am not one to write any reviews, but given how bad this experience went I had to. I should have quit using them the first time after 1/2 the order was screwed up at around $60 per shirt for the embroidery. It was high, but if it was done right I would not even care about the price. When I got 1/2 of the shirts messed up out of 8 the first order I should have quit there. I gave them another chance and had a couple jackets done. A small success with only 1 with crooked letters. Again I should have stopped there. Finally I hoped we had all the bugs worked out and we were over the mess ups. So I gave them 6 shirts to get embroidered...note these are the exact same embroidery..nothing changed. 2+ months later 3 out of 6 shirts were messed up. The lady said they would discount the order for. Well the discount was $318 for the shirts! So I had 3 shirts I paid for that were screwed up again with no money taken off for the cost of the shirts or the other 2 embroidery mistakes. The lack of attention to detail with the order and the customer service experience was poor at best, with the only excuse given "It was not my fault"....the lady kept saying the machine screwed up. Either way I run a business and I do not get to say that it is not my fault and would never have someone pay for piss poor work. When you screw up once, you would think that a customer paying very good money for custom embroidery work that gave you another go at it, you would make sure that you did not screw it up again. Then if you did you would rectify it in any way possible instead of using an excuse as a business owner that it was "Not my fault". I do not know if it is just me, but it seems that no one wants to take responsibility for their work nor has enough common sense to take the correct action needed. I am not a customer is always right person by any means, but this was just another example of lack of responsibility, care or common sense on the businesses part.
